Shipping Information
We aim to process and ship orders quickly for your convenience.
- Order Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) following payment confirmation.
- Domestic Delivery: Delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days after leaving our facility.
- International Delivery: Delivery generally takes 7–14 business days, depending on your local customs. However, some shipments may take up to 4 weeks.
Pre-Sale Orders:
If your order includes pre-sale items, all items will ship together in full once all pre-sale items are ready. Most pre-sale items ship 12–16 weeks after the purchase window closes.
Tracking Information:
- Most orders include a tracking number. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package on its journey home.
Shipping Carrier:
- We use USPS for orders under 2 lbs.
Shipping Restrictions:
We are currently unable to accept orders from North Korea, Russia, Ukraine, India, or Israel due to shipping constraints.

The prices displayed on our website not only display prices in local currencies, but the price now includes VAT and required import duties for European and Canadian customers. Prices for individual products have not changed, and by collecting these fees up front we're able to ensure that orders are being delivered to our customers rather than being held at the border until fees are paid or left with third party customs collection companies.
We want to make sure that all our customers are having a consistent experience and aren't being hit with surprise fees after their order.

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe, although we are currently not accepting orders from North Korea, Russia, Ukraine, India or Israel due to shipping constraints.

Order Tracking and Delivery Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package on its journey home.
Tracking Updates:
Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If no tracking information is available during this time, it simply means the carrier has not processed your package yet. Once scanned, tracking events will appear on the tracking page.
Delivery Timelines:
- Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 1–12 business days, depending on the shipping service selected at checkout. Note that USPS transit times vary by mail class and are only estimates—they cannot be guaranteed by us or USPS.
- International Orders: Delivery generally takes 7–21 business days after the package is confirmed in transit. Delivery times vary based on the destination and local customs processing.
Important Note:
Transit times do not include the time required to prepare your order before shipment.

How to Complete a Return:
Email our customer service team at contact@caseohgames.com to confirm the eligibility of your return, or reach out to our live chat team.
Return Eligibility Requirements:
- The product was purchased within the last 15 days.
- The product is unopened and in its original packaging.
- Apparel items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in new condition.
- You must provide a receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, including gift cards. Orders paid with cryptocurrency are not eligible for monetary refunds; store credit may be issued if the return is approved.
Important Notes:
- We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased during sales or promotions (e.g., Free Gift promos, discounts over 10%, or Free Shipping offers).
- Returns made without prior consultation with customer service may be denied if they fail to meet the return criteria.
- Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care/cleaning (including odor), or negligence.
